Dr. Tal Ben-Zvi, Cultural researcher and curator of contemporary art; Lecturer at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design Jerusalem, based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Her PhD thesis at Tel Aviv University (2010) was on "Representations of the Nakba in the Palestinian art of the 1970s and 1980s, as reflected in the work of artists who belong to the Palestinian minority in Israel". The post-doctorate at the Truman Institute at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. (2011) centered on contemporary art in the mixed port cities, Haifa, Acre, and Jaffa.

Currently, she is engaged in research and writing about the artistic work of the director, actress and writer, Samdar Yaaron at the Acre Theater. This retrospective study, which reviews Yaaron's theater works in the years 1985-2023, will soon be published in the book ""Smadar Yaaron: Testimony" by Resling Publishing.
